You don't quite see in the neymar one if he does try to replace the foam so he can move the ball to a more central position, but assuming that's what he does fully deserved caution.

Both deserved for me - Neymar was trying to get a better angle and once the referee has put the foam down he should just leave it.

The player in the other clip deserves the caution for his total ineptitude in try to use the spray once he had "borrowed" it from the referee ..!

Messing with the foam? Easy caution. dissent, taking the kick from the wrong position, messing with field markings, take your pick.

Removing the spray, easy card. Could be a red if it's done aggressively. Referee didn't seem too upset though - anybody know what he wrote?

Hi
On the second one its an easy caution. having said that why give the player the chance to do it
On the Neymar one there seemed to be some debate about the spot of the foul. I also think that the referee put down far too much spray. He also sprays twice. I also think that if Neymar had left the spray he would not have got a caution even if he moved the ball as the ball was beside the spray and seemed to be touching it.
What I did not like about all this is the antics of both sides. Free kicks are now a joke and taking an age with players having to be moved, questioning everything. Two Reds in confronting the ball position then a third races in plus four Yellow all having a debate. The game has lost the "free" in free kick restart. Now we have 10 year old running in front of the ball and copying these antics of players and it is all the way up. If the Law had been enforced all along we would have not got to this or the need for silly spray
