Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum and I hope this is the right place to ask this question.

Last sunday there was an incident in the Serbian Football League game between Novi Pazar and Red Star. Some people claim it was a penalty, some say it was a foul by the offensive player. I'd like to hear your opinions. Now here's the incident:

Not a penalty in a million years!! Possibly, even likely, a direct free kick to the defending team.

I see a penalty. He's pointed his studs right in the direction of the opposing player running onto the ball. Probably nothing more than careless but it's quite dangerous to the opponent.
